What Do You Wish They'd Show???

On outdoor shows that they don't right now. Seems like every show has about the same format. Just wondering what format yall thought would be more captivating.

Besides the Tiffany in a bikini thing...I'd like to see more shows shoot does. I think that if does were harvested on TV shows, then maybe more people would also, and not look down on people that do harvest some.

I agree with the doe harvest, it would show the management side better. I would like to see a lot less editing and re-creation of the entire scene. More of it actually happening and the hunter's true reaction. I guess I'm talking about less scripting.

              Average outdoorsman on average hunts.
Watching a guy kill 200" WT on a HF ranch does nothing for me.

I think the best shows are filmed on public land .... On your own adventures, Eastmans

Reverse angle pass throughs ..... Dan Fitzgerald filmed it nearly 30 yrs ago with primitive video cameras. To this day, Passing Through is one of my all time favorite videos... definitely old school how things were done back in the 80's

shouldn't be that difficult today with the advent of GoPro cameras

doesn't have to be monster deer .....does , hogs, and cull deer would be fine with me

More Julie Kreuter bowfishing. Tiffany could drive the boat and clean the fish.

I totally agree. I watched my Passing Through vcr tape so
many times it literally broke inside the player. More season plans of what states to visit and what ranches to get a seasons worth of footage would be interesting.

                          more blood trailing
more history and management info about the places being hunted
frame the bowhunter drawing back and shooting as opposed to just zooming in on the animal.
Also, I would like to see what the outfitter is cooking for meals especially on African hunts or hunts in different countries. That's probably because I'm a foodie.

Less Midwest giants honestly. I don't know that I'll ever get to hunt the Midwest and I know TONS of people who won't either. You want to capture an audience show people how to locate and kill "local" deer. Start on East Texas for example. Go fight the crowds on public land in AR and OK Hunt the hills of Eastern Tennessee, etc. Seeing some GIANT deer fall on cam is awesome but I totally agree that they should show more management with doe kills. Show more average joe kills. It's all about the hunt!

Captivate people with the hunt and the size of the deer will not matter

Get back to hunting, almost every show is nothing but advertising.
