We ended up finding this pig dead about 100 yards from camp. It was obviously sick from some sort of disease.

I raised pigs in high school and I had one that looked a lot like that. I was good friends with the Veterinarian. He offered to put him down for free if he could do a postmortem on it so I agreed. The intestine had turned inside of itself like when you put two socks together. It blocked the intestine and starved the animal. It was very lethargic and skinny probably just like the one in the pic. No disease, just a freak accident.
