I grasp it clearly. The parents and their community did not take the responsibility to raise their child! If they spent as much time teaching ethics and morality as they have protesting their child's death, he may still be walking the Earth.

My child knows dam well not to steal.
My child knows dam well not to argue with a police office or any adult for that matter.
My child cares for others.
Most of all my child wants to treat everyone with respect.
