Can you tell me exactly what you guys get for that 40k? Is that just the land? Also, what county is this in?

I really wish this were possible. Mexico is a long drive for us to get to. I doubt many people will want to make the trek.

North of Del Rio land can be leased pretty cheap. You might could look up the Martin Ranch website. They have some big pieces of land they lease out.

I think the Kenedy has corporate leases that run about 20k per person. Lots of game including nilgai and fishing. That's where I would look.
