Backstrap tossed

Had a friend ask me for some deer meat. We killed a cull and after we had deboned it I cut a strap in half and took it to them.
About 2 weeks later I asked how it was.
He told me that his wife had found a hair on it and they had tossed it because it was not clean.
O well more for me.

Ppl will say gimme some backstrap. I say you maybe lucky enough to be over when i cook some. Everytime i find a hair when im prepping some meat it reminds me where it came from. Just how i like it. From the hoof to my belly.
