Let's get this thread going again.

Parish Ghost in the Machine is one of the best hazy double ipas I've had. Citrusy and tropical notes. Parish is from Broussard, LA. It's not disturbed around my area (Beaumont) but it made it to Houston. Click image for larger version

I thought that was the reason we drank beer...

Ghost is some good stuff. I really enjoyed Nova Vert also from Parish.

This is the beer that got me into craft beer. Still one of my favorites. Click image for larger version

In a pub in Ireland last weekend...everyone drinks Guinness there. Not long after, I had the best burger I've ever had in my life.

Hard to beat a cold Guinness

I don't know Galveston Island Brewing disturbing footprint, but if you can find tiki wheat I recommend trying it.

Tonight's beer is Real Ale Brewing Skullberry. It's a strawberry milkshake IPA. It's a little light on the strawberry which I like because the strawberry doesn't overpower the rest of the beer. There is a whole lot of lactose sugar floating around in it, which gives it a soft and creamy mouthfeel. I think real ale done a great job with this beer. Click image for larger version

National IPA Day! Austin Beer Works Fire Eagle. It's and American IPA. Decent hop profile. No crazy flavor or adjuncts. A guy a work with frequents Austin and got this one for me to try. Click image for larger version

Ingenious Brewing Alebrijes. This thing it intense! Mole style imperial stout with cacao nibs, cinnamon, peanuts, sesame seeds, anise, guajillo chilies, and ancho chilies. Taste like an imperial stout with chocolate, peanut butter, and chili peppers. Had a coworker visit the brewery last weekend and I got him to pick me up a pack. Click image for larger version

Saw last week that craft beers are really cutting into the Budweiser market. Budweiser was going to drop the Clydesdale horses from their advertising and try to appeal to a different market.

They were going to replace the Clydesdales with Jay Z

Can’t go wrong with Sam Adams
