In a pub in Ireland last weekend...everyone drinks Guinness there. Not long after, I had the best burger I've ever had in my life.

Tonight's beer is Real Ale Brewing Skullberry. It's a strawberry milkshake IPA. It's a little light on the strawberry which I like because the strawberry doesn't overpower the rest of the beer. There is a whole lot of lactose sugar floating around in it, which gives it a soft and creamy mouthfeel. I think real ale done a great job with this beer.

Ingenious Brewing Alebrijes. This thing it intense! Mole style imperial stout with cacao nibs, cinnamon, peanuts, sesame seeds, anise, guajillo chilies, and ancho chilies. Taste like an imperial stout with chocolate, peanut butter, and chili peppers. Had a coworker visit the brewery last weekend and I got him to pick me up a pack.

Saw last week that craft beers are really cutting into the Budweiser market. Budweiser was going to drop the Clydesdale horses from their advertising and try to appeal to a different market.
They were going to replace the Clydesdales with Jay Z
Can’t go wrong with Sam Adams
