I have this smoker and love it, but I also had to get a supplemental smoker for it to get adequate amounts of smoke throughout the cooking time due to the electric heating elements not running continuously.Comment

I have a masterbuilt, though I don't know which one. I got it about a month ago. Did one Turkey as a test run, and did one last night too. Both came out great. Although the meat probe is very nice, it seems to be off a bit. I pulled the first one at 165 in both breasts, it was still a little pink. Especially in the drumstick. Let the 2nd one go until 170 and checked all locations. It was a little pink too. But both were very moist!!!!Comment
