    Ford vehicle "Sync" system problems

    Any other Ford owners having problems with their Sync systems? Please don't let this turn into a Ford bashing thread.
    I have a 2013 F150. I love the Sync system when it's working properly, but that is getting more and more rare. Here lately it "Runs scheduled maintenance" about 5 times a day and completely shuts down. I'm getting error messages and it shuts down a couple times a day. A couple times a week it just doesn't come on at all. About 30% of the time it doesn't pick up incoming phone calls. About 25% of the time it won't hang up when a phone call is over, it locks up the system.
    My truck is my office, so this system was very important to me when I bought this truck since I spend a lot of time on the phone.
    Has anyone else had these problems and did you have any luck getting it resolved?

    I never had issues with mine but have heard lots of people do. I think ford dumped it in either 14 or 15

      I have the 2013 f150 with the sync not having that problem.

        Mine works flawlessly. Take it to the dealer.

          Have a 13 but not had any issues at all, Knock on wood. See if you can get them to change it out.

                  Mine sucked. Itook it n for a recall and they updated the software. Works fine now.

                      My 2012 has never had an issue in 120,000 miles.

                      Agree with others above, take it to the dealer.

                        I just got my wife a 2010 Expedition last night. Hope we don't develop those issues.

                            My 13 f250 didn't work well with my android phone. I just switched to an iphone and it works much better.

                              '14 F150 works fine, take it to the dealer its under warranty.
