Wetlands Mitigation advice needed, please
What would one sell mitigation rights for? Not permitted credits ,but the rights to get the permits and credits then sell them. We have some land that should value high as full restoration of wetlands and we are debating what to do. Do the work ourselves or sell some of the rights. We have an idea of what the finished out credits would go for but not the rights. Any one have any advice you could give? Id sure appreciate it. Thanks!
