My friend got his first ever deer Saturday. I used the boil and pressure washer technique to clean it up. Then I made a paste of oxyclean and pool oxydizer with some hair conditioner and let it sit over night. Start to finish not counting the over night soak was about 3 hours.
I'm happy with the results.

I added the conditioner just to help it stick to the skull. You wouldn't have to use the high concentration Hydrogen peroxide I just happened to have some 27% pool oxidizer. You may need to do multiple applications with a good scrub and rinse between.
