            I don't have a good video, but I saved this picture a while back and refer to it each time.


            Its pretty easy to see the lines on the quarters that separate each muscle group. Just follow the lines with your blade.

            And when you cut out the different muscles, they will look identical to this picture. Another good one I like to reference.
