I can't help you with the express, but I will tell you I used your wife's chili recipe again yesterday. Every time I use the recipe, my family tells me it's the best chili they've ever had. I appreciate you posting the recipe, it is outstanding. Please let your wife know I said thanks.

How small does it fold up? I'll be passing through Fort Worth from Wichita Falls headed back to North Houston on Sunday morning. It would need to fit in the back of my wife's traverse along with our luggage. If it can fold up to the size of about a suit case I'll be glad to help out.

The best I can tell it folds flat to about the size of the base. Call it 3.5 foot square. Need to get the op to send a picture....
