I don't ever take it off, except to put in the case. If it makes a difference or not to take it off then why put it on?

I always removed the quiver when on stand. I quit using attachable quivers years ago because I didn't like the extra bulk or possibility of hanging it on something when drawing. I always remove my sling from my rifle when I get on stand too, for the same reason.

Off here too. Usually hang it on a tree branch or something. In fact, I rarely practice with a quiver on, so it probably wouldn't be a good idea for me to shoot with it.

Off, don't need to add the extra weight while holding on a target

Come to think of it, there was a time probably 10 years ago I had just lowered my bow to the ground and was climbing down from a tree. As I climbed down, a group of turkeys was wandering in so I quietly crept down and crawled over to retrieve my bow. I stayed low, keeping some tall grass between me and the turkeys, as I knocked an arrow and drew. I guessed at the range and rose up and aimed and fired. Couldn't believe I missed the bird I was aiming at completely. At the time I thought I misjudged the range, but come to think of it, my quiver would have been on the bow which probably screwed me up.
