Where to buy-Dallas area Thanksgiving Dressing

The wife and I have always been in charge of preparing the Thanksgiving dressing during the family's annual feast. I have a really good recipe passed down from my grandmother that we've been making for years.

That being said, the recipe is tasking (and quite frankly no SMALL feat) and my work schedule (travel) and a trip to the lease next week doesn't allow the time to prepare it this year.

I absolutely HATE to do this but we will have to purchase STORE BOUGHT DRESSING!! I'm really torn over this and I'm afraid we may be subject to some pretty harsh treatment in the event an unsuitable substitute isn't produced.

Anyone have any suggestions on the best place to buy "good" dressing in the DFW area?

Boston market puts money in my pocket to a degree so they are fine too.

Luby's is the cheapest so far Justin. BM is a little pricey but I'll pay more if it's worth it.

I don't remember if they have dressing but we have done Dickies the last 2 Thanksgivings and it was pretty good.

We are getting back to tradition this year though.

I work for Ben E Keith foods and we supply both lubys and BM so it's a win, win for me. Personally I don't care for luby's food, but you didn't hear that from me.

I'm the same way about Luby's food...just a tad bit above the hospital lunch line IMO! And I mean....just barely a "tad".

Go to Eatzi's on Oaklawn Ave.

While you are there get some of there cranberry sauce (to die for)

You won't be disappointed I am sure with there stuffing.

It won't be cheap, but due to your dilemma you won't find better.

Man, I forgot about Eatzis...went there once and it was pretty good stuff. Classy place for sure.

Where ever you decide you won't want to wait much longer to order it. I have seen a few places with cut off times for Thanksgiving orders that have already passed.
