    Ha! I'm trying to take it slow in case I don't get another deer this year. That was just one of the inner tenderloins. I also made venison sausage balls to round out the meal, but I ate half of them before they made it to the plate. Had to share with the wife and kids too. My 14 month old son got his first taste of venison tenderloin last night. He loved it!

      Very fresh ..

      I've taken the tenderloins directly from deer washed season and straight to grill all still while finishing cleaning rest of deer

                I should say, it was nice doing this in the garage Sunday evening. At 27 degrees outside, all I had to do was open the door and I had my very own cold processing facility. Even got a light dusting of snow.
