Plumbing help question????

Im having hot water pressure problems. House is 4 yrs old has pex pipe and mantiblock system and a tankless water heater. I have good pressure at the well and dont seem to have a pressure problem with cold water. I have a softner installed in well house and an external filter before house. My gut feeling is that pressure is being affected at water heater or at the mantiblock.The master tub is the worst it also is the biggest water line out of mantiblock and also on the bottom. Softner and filter were installed 1 yr after moving in. Had hard water

Tankless heaters have a screen on the cold inlet side I would start by checkin tgat.

Thanks. Ya i have checked that. It had small debris but didnt help.

Have you cleaned the tankless heater lately...it will get mineral deposits inside ...kinda like clogged arteries.....if it hasnt been done in awhile...sounds like its time.
