Got busted twice yesterday

Finally after two years if bowhunting had 2 nice shooters walk from behind my hang on stand. They went to my left and got to about ten yards. The wind was blowing from the east and right to there noses.
I couldn't shoot because I'm left handed and it would have been quartering to me hard.

Question should I hunt the same area hoping they come back through the same path and just play the wind or should I just move to a different area for now?

Put out some hand corn in a spot that will give you a good shot. Hunt that same spot.

Same thing happened to me last night. 6 point came in behind me. As he moved around me down wind Iwondered why he wasn't spooked. As soon as he got a whiff of my sent he jumped sideways and slowly walked away. He was at about 30 yards. I'm gonna hunt that spot again. If the wind would have been different, I think he would have walked right into my corn and an arrow.

Yep just checked the wind it's blowing from the nw yesterday it was coming from the east.
They were both about 5 steps from catching an arrow.

Play the wind and add an Ozonics! U can NEVER totally defeat their nose but you can gain a few seconds..........that is all you can ask for when bowhunting............and that is plenty!

This buck was so fat it looked like a pregnant cow and I've had the same piles of hand corn out for two weeks.
They are not touching the corn

I'm about to get out there again for a late morning all afternoon hunt.

If the wind is right I'm hunting the same stand, if not I might take my pop up and get on the other side of the trail they came out of.
