cooked mine all day in crock pot / fixed it like pulled pork, the hind quarter was great. the shoulder not so much

I have a friend do some tamales with one he killed that were awesome, also I've had ribs from a young ram that were cooked over open flame that were really good

Tried some that was pretty good. The rancher that prepared it said the secret was to let it age for about 30 days in the cooler
