Yup I do and have, I tried those tactics quite a few years ago with no luck and gave up on em, the only thing I use is coon p as cover scent. However after not attempting rattling in the last 5 or so years I am planning on giving it a shot one more time this season when I feel the time/ place is right.

I don't use any of that. I try to hunt as similar to my grandfather as possible. He harvested deer to feed his family after my great grand father passed away.

I do pour corn on the ground and have tried vanilla a couple of times. Have wasted lots of money on stuff that was supposed to be so great but couldn't tell that it helped any at all.

I do and don't, I use feeders and don't use feeders. I just love to hunt, how is hunt just depends on my mood or needs, right now I need to put some meat in the freezer so any does hanging out under the feeder are potentially in danger. With the holiday coming up and me having a little extra time during the rut, it's going to be very tempting not to try and call a buck in. I also trap and call predators, just something about having an animal come running in to some noise I'm making.
