    Ccna

I know we are right in the middle of hunting season and this is completely off topic but, who's got their CCNA and who's currently working on it? I'm 2 weeks into an advanced pace course that work is paying for. The course is 4 different books and we have a month for each book and then a 3 day crash course boot camp at the end. They then provide 2 vouchers for the test.

Mine lapsed years ago, haven't had a desire to keep them up.

MCSE's either. Never really saw much of a return on them.

        Subnetting and IOS commands.

Don't feel bad if you no-go the first shot.

They are(or at least used to be) the Green Beret of certifications.

LOL, our company is making a real big push right now to get everyone in our department certified.

The best network engineers and Cisco guys we employ didn't even go to school for networking, much less CCNA. But, no harm in having it if you in the industry.

I can do basic stuff, but that's it on that side of it.

Yea, that's me too. All my networking training has been OTJ but they're pushing this hard now. I'm sure they're getting a kick back from Cisco and it won't hurt to have it on the resume.
