Why is there no sound on videos I try to watch on here? I'm using taptalk

And ur volume turned down.....

It does that on my Ipad if the volume button on the side is turned to mute. But at the same time if I go to YouTube and play a video it has sound.
So to hear sound via tapatalk I have to turn the mute button back to normal.
