Going to be looking for a corporate lease in the upcoming months, figured I'd check with y'all and see if anyone has ever done it and what kind of resources you used. This is a new one for us trying to figure out the best way to skin this cat. Any and all help is mucho appreciated

Going about finding a corporate lease

Find prospective properties (either already established as hunting ranches or ones with potential).. make an appointment (call) to meet with landowner or their representatives.
During the meeting explain your intentions, expectations and what you will do to improve on the property.
Then at one point , stand up, pull out a stack and make it rain up in that biznatch.
Ranchers like that and it will show you are a man willing to take care of the landowners interests.

Ya I remember that from last year. Figured it was leased. I had a flyer from that deal but can't find it now. Would really like something south of Houston but anything is on the table at this point. Thks for the reminder about that.
