Tapatalk notification question

When you've been away from your phone for a while, and you have say 8 notifications from Tapatalk, when you click on one of them, do the rest of the notifications get cleared?

That's what happens on my phone. It's annoying because I forgot what the other updates were, and now I have to go hunt them down.

I click on one and read it. When I go back to see the others, I'm greeted with this.

I get notifications. That's not the problem. The problem is once read 1 of them, the rest disappear. See photos.
