Help with age

Any guesses on this guys age? Saw him this morning at the feeder with 2 doe and he looked young, maybe 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 at the most. Didnt want to shoot him. Someone else said he looked older and maybe in decline when they looked at the pictures. Any thoughts?
