Even if both counties are one 13"+ counties? I've always understood it to be if both counties have the exact same bag limit and both are AR counties with one buck 13+ allowed. If you kill one buck 13+ and go to the next county that's the same limit/rules as the previous county then you couldn't take another buck 13+. Idk that's just the way I've always took it.

This used to be the case in the "old days". If you killed a buck in a 1-buck county, you couldn't kill a buck in any other 1-buck county.
The wording on the tags have changed and this rule went away.

This is why you have to fill out the log on the back of the license. It's a record of which counties in which you have killed something.
