What do you make of this, cut out of a deer?

I'm assuming a tumor of some sort. In the center of a big chunk of fat that came out from the inside by the tenders.

What part of the deer? Looks like a neck gland.

As said looks like a gland. Send a text to keep. He knows where most of those are.

Gland or an abcesse, cut it out and cook it up.

Lymph node, gland, bubble gum or whatever you prefer to call them. They are all through every deer. We remove them when cutting up the meat but some people don't bother.

Lymph node just like OBG said. All deer have them. Sometimes they are enlarged.

                    This is normal on deer.

                    Pepper and fast fry!
