1. I got a disk cooker a year or so ago made by PBFrioles. Awesome! Never used one before. I loved it.
2. Deer fajitas. I thought they would be tough and gamey. None of the above beat fajitas yet.
3. Cajun Blake's Fajita seasoning. Perfect blend!

Never thought venison would make good fajitas. Boy I was wrong. I thing if you did them on the grill they would be dry and tuff. But this way was excellent.
