Turns out it was brand new member's brother and his 3 kids. Actual lease member was no where to be seen. Do people even read the lease rules anymore?! I'm new on this lease too, but I poured over all the rules and regs. Just a bit miffed.

Was able to talk to them and tell them my area and that they were hunting in it. We'll see.
