In the stand since 630 here in Strawn. I was suprised how cold it was first thing. I left the house at 530 hit mc donalds for a coffee and burrito. Drive 20 minutes Got to the cabin wished i had skipped the coffee and burrito. Hopped in the stand. Heard the guys who have the next place over deer leased just drive down the fence. Gotta love These tarrant county bafoons. Been putting up with their crap for at least 4 years gets old. I'll post a pic of where one of their feeders and stand is if I get over there later. It's literally wired down to the fence. They did it at another spit last year and we just pushed an acre of cedars up against the fence.

I'm guiding up here in Jack Co. Been seeing good early rutting activity. Almost took a 10 pt this mornin' with the ol' F150. He was chasing a doe at the time. Cameras are showing some good swelling on necks. I'd suggest stretchin' your hunts out even longer if possible. Good Luck Y'all.
