The next night after I used it I could tell a difference right away. The only bummer. I hate being reliant on an object. Be glad you're doing it now and now when you're 25 like me.

I am 6 ft 185 and have sleep apnea. I stopped breathing for a total of 157 minutes over the course of my sleep study. Several times for over 40 seconds. It is dangerous. Your heart thinks you are in a fight for your life situation am revs up big time. The being tired issues are what people notice, but the constant over revving so to speak of the heart is what makes you 50% more likely to have a heart attack. Loosing weight can help, but you should be on a machine until you are sure. Losing weight does not cure true sleep Apnea for most, but it does help. I did not snore I was just tired and for my entire marriage my wife would wake me up because I was not breathing and it freaked her out. I always thought she was making a big deal about nothing. It took me 6 months to be able to sleep through the night without it and I never sleep without it now. Nose pillows are the best by far. Mask suck and a lot of people just say the heck with it because of them. GET THE NOSE PILLOWS. Gonna change your life. Stick with it you will get used to it.

Yes sir....I used to be the guy that always had to get a room by himself. Now I'm first pick for a roomie because they know there is absolutely no snoring with the machine.

My wife wants me to go to a sleep, study bad. I'm 27, but she says I'll stop breathing during my sleep, and I snore pretty loud. I've been putting it off for a while now. Just haven't wanted to mess with it. I do stay pretty tired most days as well. Guess I just need to bite the bullet and go see what all this good sleep is about.

If you stop breathing you absolutely need to get it looked at before you don't start breathing again that one time.
