How would you hunt this guy?

He was the bad guy in the piglets gang. He was the first one to grow a beard. He's respected by the whole hood. But he messed with my feeder so he just earned himself an arrow with his name. He takes a mud bath at the waterhole nearby and then feasts on corn. He has a heavy hide reinforced with a thick mud vest.

    My gear:
    •Bowtech Invasion 28" 68#
    •350 Easton Excel arrows
    •(either or) Fixed/Mechanical/Drillin' 100gr broadheads
•NiteHunter green or red lighting system.

    My options:
    •Muzzy 4 blade
    •Rage 2 blade
    •Toxic

The area of appearance is a heavy thicket. If I wound him, even with a deadly shot, the large amount of fatty tissue that this guy has collected will quickly seal the drip spot making it untraceable. I've never been a big fan of the Toxic's penetration, especially with these armored critters. The Rage has been my choice of broadheads during the last several years, but not sure how will the blades perform through that hair and mud. I'm heavily leaning to shooting for the ear with a 4 blade arrow for better flight and precise hitting plus a trocar tip to break through the skull. I've tried it once and it worked good.

So, how would you hunt him?
    Rage to the cage?
    Quartering away fixed blade hit?
Toxic steel through the pump house?

I guess I forgot to mention that guns are no longer my choice of gear.

I would get a 500 gr arrow put a 150 gr fixed broadhead and shoot in ear. Lol

Quarter away and go in knowing you have a 50 - 50 chance of ever finding him. At east he will be gone.

I shot a 150+ lbs boar a couple weeks ago with a 2" 2 blade Rage on a 30" Beman MFX arrow from a 28.5"/70 lb draw Diamond Fugitive bow. It was a broadside shot and I put the arrow midway up his front shoulder. The boar turned and ran away from me with about 20" of arrow sticking out of him. I wouldn't consider that good penetration (good enough for a kill though). I never found blood or the pig. Although, for now, I will still be sitting in the stand with Rage on the end of my arrow, I don't suggest using one for a BIG pig. I've gotten complete pass throughs on the smaller pigs (under 80 lbs) I've shot. I'll be getting some fixed blades for the big ones.
Good luck on taking that one out!
