My father and I have about 120 acres near my parents' place. He hunts it every year, but I never mess with it. I shot an old basket rack 13-point about 10 years ago off the place. The neighboring places are shooting galleries, and 120 acres isn't enough to manage.
I put up two cameras for my dad, and this was the result for one. The other cam was for trespassers. It looks like some of the deer are thin bodied and still basket racks. I'm curious how many bucks you see. I'm guessing 4, but I need some extra eyes. I told my dad I'd put in a food plot for him next year to fatten them up, not sure we can do much about the basket rack gene.
