@Leon. Those are the stories that usually end with a monster Buck being shot, making it all worth it. Hang in there, it will all work out.
I had one friend that saw a steady stream of deer all day, and another that saw nothing. But I am getting some killer information for my seg C hunt!
For those who are ready to start relocating after day 1, hang tight, trust your instincts, and commit to your set. Things happen fast out there and you can go from nothing to everything in the blink of an eye. Good luck to all today and tomorrow!!
Congrats Glenn on the great buck can't wait to hear the story the next time I see ya. Good luck to everyone else this cold weather should make for an awesome hunt this morning. Sorry about your bad luck so far Leon but look on the bright. You will always have an interesting story about the hunt and if you do connect on a monster you will forget Bout that $1000 in damage to your truck.
He said in the meeting that it has to be a broadside or quartering away shot for the ticket. I had a frontal shot.
That's a crock of crap!!! If you hit a vital organ and the deer dies why does it matter what angle you took. You can vital organs other than broadside and quartering away.
