I found them at SAMs.
Two tubs for about 20 bucks.
The kind that are used to clean off tables at a reaturaunt. They work great and slide under my grinder.

I'm not sure if you already have boning knives but the white handled ones at SAMS are my go to. The skinny filet looking one is great to trim off silver skin.

Bus buckets? Haha. Idk
They are by the restaurant supplies, pots and sauce pans and cutting boards.
They are grey and about 6 inches deep. Made of heavy plastic.

They have plastic wash tubs at the dollar store. That's what I use. $5 a piece.
