I got mine a week or so later...I save my stamps & do a very small signature on or the outer edge to not ugly it up. Little trick from my Fed GW compadre.

This is also why they require the signature across the face. Otherwise it could be passed around.
Looks like someone sent you the number you need, call them and they will mail you another, no questions asked.
I'm sure there are people that cheat the system and get another free stamp from them every year.
