Is ON!!! Just watched a nice 8 point and a young 6 chasing a hot doe in the pasture by the house. They came within 50 yards of 5 of us standing at the fence watching them and talking, and they didn't give a rip. Bucks were semi-sparring, but neither wanted to leave the doe long enough to really get down and dirty with each other. They were too busy worrying about getting down and dirty with her

I wish now that I was hanging around this weekend to hunt, but I'll be hanging from a tree Monday morning good luck to anyone out there this weekend

Yeah it's turning on in my parts of East Texas.. Going to be there in a few hours for the rest of the weekend!
