We could learn a thing or two from Canada.

They don't call terrorism workplace violence and folks don't protest after terrorists get shot and killed. They also put the officer back to work after a quick investigation. Great work Canada

    Yep!

That's how it should be done!

Canada is no US, but they seem to be taking this seriously and not playing word games with their people.

“This week’s events are a grim reminder that Canada is not immune to the types of terrorist attacks we have seen elsewhere around the world,” Harper said in his address to the nation. “We are also reminded that attacks on our security personnel and our institutions of governance are by their very nature attacks on our country, on our values, on our society, on us Canadians as a free and democratic people who embrace human dignity for all. But let there be no misunderstanding. We will not be intimidated. Canada will never be intimidated.”

USA: man kills bad guy, gets arrested, made out to be a killer by the news media, government calls for tougher gun laws so this will never happen again, bad guy is the victim, hero is the new bad guy
