What are good brands to get and what are the proper ways to use them? Can you just put it on your boots for the walk into your stand and put a few drops around your stand or do you have to use drags and wicks? Are they still good after sitting on store shelves? Can you get good brands at Academy?

I use Tinks 69..... I put it on a stump, log or directly on the ground. Works well!

I have not had good luck with the Code Red, so I use the remaining bottles I have as sort of a cover scent. I have had good luck with the Code Blue though, which is the more premium scent in that brand.

I have been using franks. There customer service hasn't been a great experience for me but its a good product.

Frank's doe pee for boots going into stand. Franks doe estrus during rut. The stuff works great for me. I spray on my boots walking in and just spray some at the base of my tree stand during rut.
