Took 2 doe there last year...had all but the backstraps ground into chili and hamburger. They did a nice job and packaged well. Not the cheapest around but overall very pleased.
Nicholson ' s is good, but always too expensive for my blood... of course paying for deer processing is too expensive for me...
We use them for our yearly hog slaughter. They always do a great job. You should turn a whole deer (minus Backstrap and loin) into jerky... and then call me.
