We have had good experiences with Blue Quail in Victoria.

Edit:
We actually have an Orxy done by Brian and it was great. I would cape it out, but be very careful with it as the hair is not very thick. Any scarring will show.
Also you can use Country Slaughter as a processor, they will cape it too I believe.
