      I agree with everyone that he's 3.5 years old and I normally don't shoot anything under 5.5 unless it's a cull. He is a nice deer, but I know he has potential if he isn't shot by a neighbor. I know that if he shows up on another tract, someone will let the air out of him. The thing that bothers me is the injury, I don't mind taking the chance of someone else shooting him, I just don't want to see him go downhill or not make it from the injury.

                the more i look at him the easier to see his brisket developing. the 3rd pic make makes me want to say 4+. he doesnt have the baby face of a young deer.
                from that wound he should be alright. he may or may not do anything next year now.
