Anyone ever have to deal with Danner boots customer service? How did it work out for you? What was the issue? I am currently haveing a very difficult time. It appears the goretec liner was sewn in incorrectly in the right boot. Left boot is perfect and broke in well. The right one squeezes the crap out of my toes. By the end of the day I am grouchy and ready to punch someone cause my toes hurt so bad. Have had them for a while so should be broken in by now. The left one is. Read other reviews where people has the same issues with the liner being put in too tight, too loose and other issues. I am pretty disappointed that I paid almost 400 bucks "for the last pair of boots" you will ever need and 3 months into it I cant get a response from customer service.

Their warranty is awful. I have the sharptails and pronhorns, both were garbage in less than 2yrs. I was basically told to go fly a kite -
Which boots are they? Danner carries an unlimited lifetime warranty on all their USA made boots, but this warranty does not cover their boots made overseas (pronghorns). I have a pair of Acadias I originally bought probably 10 years ago. I have sent them back for leaking, squeaking, etc. and always get a new pair no questions asked!! I usually send them back through my local dealer.Comment

I think they will replace the first pair for nothing then after that they will offer a discount on other pairs.Comment

I hate hearing about the bad support. I have a pair of Elk Hunters I secured in 98', and they have been great. I've been meaning to see if they would resole and I'll gladly pay.Comment

I have had great luck with Danner. My son had a pair of Danner combat hikers that had the rubber around the toe became torn and the boots started to leak. He called them and sent them in. They sent him a brand new pair of boots that were similar to the combat hikers. Never have had a problem and I love Danner boots

I would take them to my local dealer, tell them the problems, and they would return them to danner for me. Within a couple weeks I had a new pair. Done this 3-4 times over the past several years.Originally posted by Dirtymike View PostComment

I had one issue about 7 years ago with a pair that really rubbed one of my heals and it was the gortex insert and how it was sewn in the boot. They gladly took them back and exchanged them for a different model.
I have had no problems with Danner other than this one issue and have been wearing them for 35 years.Comment

thats what i want to hear! Thank you! I got some really horrid service yesterday. The chic just blew me off. Took 3 phone calls before she provided me with the address to return the boots. Being she absolutly did not give a poo and lied to me i was unsure if i should even bother. She told me on the 3rd call i just sent it out sorry for the delay. I said ok let me check my email. Nope its not there. Oh i mean i just sent it just like a second ago. Ok well I will wait till I get it, my email comes directly to my phone. oh ah ah wait i sent that to another customer, let me send this one to you now. I think it would of required a 4th call. The first she told me it was on the website. The website told me to call in to get "set up". Four emails over the last month to info@danner.com and 0 response. Had an issue with a pair of Danners I bought at Cabelas last May. Took them back this week for full refund. Cabelas has 1 year satifaction warranty on all boots, and has a lifetime warranty on their "Cabelas brand". I also took back a 3 year old pair of Cabelas brand because of no longer being waterproof. Got full credit for those too.
