We recently received an email asking about our warranty.
Yes, we warranty our string sets for just about anything except for installation errors and strings being cut by sharp objects.
Do you have to send the string in?
A: it just depends on the situation. Honestly, more times than not no. If it has been 2 years, yes. This allows us to make sure everything is in spec.
That's pretty much it. We cover manufacture defects (serving, lengths, etc) but do not cover installation errors.
