I love my Mom's triple layer carrot cake. It is awesome! Got to be careful not to get any on your forehead or else your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get to it.

Its right up there with the Chocolate Fudge Sheath Cake that she makes. Soooooooo good.

When I was growing up my mom use to bake a streusal(sp) bundt cake with a filling in the middle with icing on top. When it was fresh out of the oven with a glass of milk, it was awesome. Carrot cake is great too, just saying...........Dang, bringing back the memories...........
