Kid birthday party ideas

Looking for ideas for my son's birthday around Fort Worth area, he is turning 5in December.

Probably nothing outside, highs are normally in the low 50's.

Last year we did one of those indoor trampoline parks and it was a big hit, looking for something different this time of year.

Bonus point of you have an idea around the southern end of Fort Worth, like Burleson or even Cleburne.

I believe it is north dallas area, but every year we go to the Gaylord and they have an Ice Sculpture display. This thing is amazing and kid friendly. Two years ago was Madagascar and three years ago was Shrek. I'll see if I can find the link.

Coolest birthday we ever had for Twerpy, was at the Fort Worth Zoo.

We had the party inside one of the buildings there on site, ordered in pizza and cake and ice cream. Zoo employees brought in some critters for the kids to look at, touch and hold.

Afterward, everyone got a zoo pass, and we spent the rest of the day wandering the zoo.
