Favorite scriptures for the stand

I was wondering if anyone had any particular scriptures you preferred to read while in the stand? I want to get better about taking my bible with me and doing a little reading, so I was just looking for a few more I can highlight and flip to easily while enjoying creation.

I haven't ever taken my bible to the stand which sounds like a good idea. But, since my name is Jacob, genesis 27:3 is my favorite verse. I love that story.

I'd think that the most fun thing to do would be to open it up randomly and read the first verse you look at. Repeat as necessary. I love doing this, because it'll cause you to read something you may not have chose willingly.

I have not taken mine much, but I am trying to become better in my relationship with God. I feel the closest to him when I'm out in the woods hunting so I figured it would be a good place to start.

Its been a while sad to say but I always liked to read Proverbs while in the stand.

I don't read scriptures but I have on occasion thrown a few Our Father's and Hail Mary's in there.

AC the hunters prayer is really cool too. I always make it a point once I get settled to say a little prayer. I'll have to throw that one in my bible. Thanks for sharing it.
