Ozonics makin noise

Sitting here in the blind my hr200 starting making a sizzling noise. Not real bad but definitely a change in tone. I shut the unit off right away let it cool off then turned it back on same thing. I can see the coil arching so I shut it off and blew on it hoping it was just some debri causing a short. Turn it back on same thing. It's still working for the time being but has anyone had this happen and is it about to fail?

Did something get it wet? Maybe the condensate of a water bottle in your back pack?

Possible but I don't think so. It would have had to go through pack layers. And it happened after thirty minutes of operation

I would contact Ozonics ASAP.

I have had grass get in the fan and it made a noise kinda like that. Otherwise I would contact ozonics. They are very responsive to issues.
