Stores out of vanilla???

Asked the wife today to pick me up the largest bottle of pure vanilla she could find. She went to Market Basket, Kroger and Walmart, said all she could find was the smallest ones. Said one employee told her they been selling alot of it lately, said you know its getting close to the holidays and people will be doing alot of baking! Wife called and asked if imitation would do. I said nope has to be the real stuff! I somehow don't think its all getting used for baking!!!!!

Personally I don't believe in the stuff however I believe a boatload in corn.

It's my understanding that Michael Wadell, Ted Nugent, and Dr. James Kroll came to Orange yesterday to specifically buy all the pure vanilla and 22 ammo.....it was on the Internet

I use the imitation stuff from heb. Works just the same to me except I pour it on my corn straight instead of mixing with water. I put out 50lbs by a couple feeders and in two days it was gone

I use both the pure and imitation. Even used some vanilla flavored coffee sweetener. You can get 8 ounces of imitation for a dollar at dollar general.

I have some Mexican vanilla I bought in cozumel while touring the markets. At least it says its vanilla.

I'm thinking about starting a smuggling operation from Mexico to Texas. Will deliver high grade vanilla and have my dealers sell it across the great state of Texas.

We could even dig tunnels and $ hit.

I get it by the quart @ Sam's club...I use the fake stuff and worked on core land for me. I was sitting in a lawn chair (not camo) under a oak tree when 2 doe walked 10 yards from me down wind and went straight to the cupcake corn. Thanks GarGuy
