Is there any specific way of going about this? or just throw them out in a stand location?

We had a pear tree at our old house. We would take buckets full of them to the lease. The deer would eat them. The deer did not touch them until we started cutting up a few in smaller chunks and then they really jumped on them.
Be forewarned that the cows and hogs like them too.

I'm gonna test it in my back pasture with my pet deer. I'm just gonna throw them out by the feeder. dont have cows and never seen a hog at the house. we will see.

I throw rotten ones out at a pig stand and they are gone overnight. Good ones I give to folks in town to make pear preserve. Trees didn't make good this year. Last year they were loaded.

Put out 5 buckets of them at my place last year the deer ate them overnight...and I hunted the next morn and saw a bunch of deer coming for the pears..rotten ones and all....u don't have to add anything to them...just throw Em out....

I second cutting a few of them up so they can investigate thoroughly.Ive thrown out apples and such that never got touched, had a few zucchini, I cut up and threw out for the pets, there were tracks around the first night, after the second night, they were gone.
