I started getting bad pain in fingers, wrists, knees, and ankles. Everything felt like it was swelling. I started taking fish (or krill) oil, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and D3. I can't tell you how much better I feel.

My aunt has severe rheumatoid arthritis. If I ever had to pick out of a lineup, I could easily distinguish her by her hands. She has had both hips replace and she is only 50. Her daughter who just turned 30 has had it for a few years already, also. It's nothing to play around with and you should go to a specialist soon.

Have you ever injured that hand in the past? I injured my right foot and now have issues like your describing in your hand. Miy doctor says it's arthritis stemming from the damaged joints.

I actually have injured that hand pretty severely when i was 16. I was really mad and punched a block wall in the locker room as hard as i could- stupid i know. Im sure i had some broken bones in my hand as well as some jacked up knuckles. My hand swelled like crazy and turned some crazy colors. Never saw a doctor...but that was 20 years ago and i was fine after it originally healed.....as far as what i do for a living, i have always worked with my hands. I was a construction worker/ carpenter for 10+ yrs and have been a machinist since. I appreciate all of the helpful tips and comments. I've been tryin to just tough it out like i have everything else...but this just wont go away.

My guess is arthritis. I would suggest taking joint supplements and some kind of otc antiinflammatory med. My wife is 34 and has issues with a hand she injured in high school and also her knee. These meds seem to help.

I thought so too originally....only most people with carpal tunnel have had symptoms of numbness and i really havent.

My grandpa didn't like doctors either. I wish I had met him...

Edit: (Not that I think your hand issue is going to kill you; just that doctors can be good for a few things.)

So here's the issue...i am experiencing alot of pain and weakness in my right hand/knuckes/ joints. Some of my finger joints are extremely sore/ tender and have had some swelling from time to time. I have not injured my hand. Im wondering if i might be getting arthritus in my hands? Im only 35 and healthy and strong...? If it is, what are some home remedies i can try. Like i said, im not into doctors or medications but i need my hands but prefer natural remedies when possible. This has been goin on for a few months. Appreciate any advice
Just sucker-punch a Democrat, then you can accept the fact that in so doing, your hand hurts.
                      Win, win.

Could be neuropathy. Got the same symptoms in my feet for. Couple years now.

Get a well recommended doc to check it out.

gout is generally of limited duration based on your recent diet, not a chronic condition.
